Tips How To Boost Your Baby's Immunity!

Baby's more vulnerable to infections, because immune systems are still immature.  You can do to give your baby's immune system a boost Here's how:

1. Breastfeed for as long as you can

Breast milk is loaded with antibodies and studies have found that breast milk protects against everything from ear infections and allergies to diarrhea and pneumonia. You'll give your baby's immune system a good headstart through nursing -- it's one key reason why the American Academy of Pediatrics recommends exclusvie breastfeeding for at least 6 months. The colostrum (the thick, yellowish fluid you produce immediately after birth) is especially rich with proteins that fight germs, so nurse for as long as you can, even if you can only do it for two weeks.
